WHEN YOU WANT TO GALVANIZE A PRODUCT?

Measure the length, width and depth of the largest parts of your product. This will be useful when choosing a suitable galvanizing plant.

About the galvanizing plant

Otevřeli jsme nově zmodernizovanou žárovou zinkovnu v Českých Budějovicích, kde držíme tradici zinkování od roku 2004. Modernizace přináší zejména vyšší efektivitu a ohleduplnost k životnímu prostředí, což je pro nás i naše partnery zásadní prioritou. Pozitivní změny pocítí jak naši zákazníci tak i naši zaměstnanci.

Zinkovna disponuje novou ještě větší zinkovou vanou, díky které jsme schopni zinkovat i vetší konstrukce, které by jinak vyžadovaly složitější úpravy nebo dělení na menší části. Tříkomorová sušička zajišťující rychlé a kvalitní sušení materiálu. Pasivace proti bílé rzi uchová dlouhodoběji vzhled čerstvě pozinkovaného materiálu a ochrání povlak před oxidací. Inovativní systémy monitorování a kontroly procesu. Využití odpadního tepla je nově optimalizováno pro proces předúpravy materiálu. We manually clean galvanized parts from zinc drops and carefully check the resulting quality of the coating. We always store your steel under the roof. Whether it's waiting for you at the galvanizing plant or we're taking it to you by truck.
